Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení peněžních toků ve vybrané společnosti. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení výkazu přehledu o peněžních tocích, jak z pohledu účetnictví, tak z pohledu plánování a finančního řízení. Poté jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na společnost Kuraray Europe Moravia s.r.o. Po úvodním představení společnosti následuje analýza peněžních toků a projekt sestavení platného výkazu přehledu o peněžních tocích v účetním programu společnosti. Za účelem efektivního řízení peněžních toků jsou vyhodnoceny finanční ukazatele s využitím peněžních toků a je vytvořen návrh vrácení dobrovolného příplatku nadřízené společnosti. Závěr práce obsahuje rekapitulaci podstatných informací a shrnutí celkové situace společnosti za sledované období. |

The subject of the diploma thesis is the management of cash flows in a selected company. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical definition of the statement of cash flow, both from the point of view of accounting and from the point of view of planning and financial management. Then the theoretical knowledge is applied to the company Kuraray Europe Moravia s.r.o. The initial introduction of the company is followed by an analysis of cash flows and a project of creating a valid statement of cash flow in the company´s accounting program. In order to effectively manage cash flows, financial indicators are evaluated using cash flows and a proposal is made to return the voluntary contribution to the parent company. The conclusion of the thesis contains a recapitulation of essential information and a summary of the overall situation of the company for the period under review. |
