dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním strategie Agilního Lean Managementu. Teoretická část zprostředkovává informace z oblasti řízení výroby, vedení lidí, lean managementu, systému neustálého zlepšování a agilního řízení. Tyto poznatky jsou dále využity pro zpracování analytické a praktické části diplomové práce. V analytické části jsou rozebrány klíčové oblasti a definovány příležitosti pro aplikování strategie. V praktické části je na základě poznatků z analytické části zpracována Strategie Agilního Lean Managementu a její následné zavedení do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of an Agile Lean Management Strategy. The theoretical part provides information from the field of production management, people management, lean management, the system of continuous improvement and agile management. These findings are further used to process the analytical and practical part of the thesis. In the analytical part, key areas are analysed and opportunities for applying the strategy are defined. In the practical part, based on the findings from the analytical part, the Strategy of Agile Lean Management and its subsequent implementation in practice is elaborated.
