Diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním současných procesů objednávání a vychystávání zboží ve společnosti Jozef Mičo - TIP-TOP. V Praktické části jsou opsané procesy objednávaní, vytváření stavů, vypisování etiket, balení jídel, sčítávání vydaných obědů, a fakturování. V úvoduse návrhová část zabývá hledáním vhodného dodavatele informačního systému, dále návrhům na zefektivnění procesů z analytické části pomocí modulů a aplikací informačního systému, s vyčíslením finančních úspor při zefektivnění. Na základě provedených analýz je společnost schopna vyčíslit plýtvání, vidět zlepšovací návrhy, vybrat si správného dodavatele informačního systému, použit návrhy při komunikaci požadavek s dodavatelem informačního systému, pozná časový rámec implementace, přesvědčí se o návratnosti investice, a odhalí rizika, kterým třeba při implementaci a užívaní IS předejít. |

The thesis deals with re-engineering of processes of goods including ordering of goods and processes preceding delivery of goods in the company Jozef Mičo - TIP-TOP. The practical part handles the processes of delivery, stocking, writing labels, food packaging, totalling the served meals and invoicing. The introductory part of thesis deals with looking for a suitable supplier of an information system and with proposals of making processes more efficient by means of modules and applications of information system. It also deals with calculation of financial saving after putting re-engineered processes in use. On basis of analyses the company will be able to calculate wasting, to see improvement proposals, to choose the right supplier of an information system, to use proposals by communication of requirements with a supplier of an information system. Analyses also help the company to know the time necessary for implementation, to figure return of investment and to reveal risks which will have to be avoided by application and usage of an information system. |
