Hlavním cílem práce je zkrácení manipulačních cest z hlavního skladu na úsek lakovny alespoň o 30 %. Dílčí cíl diplomové práce je snížení počtu cest pracovníkům lakovny do hlavního skladu, snížení počtu zaskladnění do hlavního skladu mezi operacemi a zkrácení cest na úseku lakovny. Pro splnění těchto cílů jsou použity metody průmyslového inženýrství jako Sankey diagram nebo ABC analýza. Teoretická část této práce je z oblasti logistiky, skladování, řízení zásob a metod průmyslového inženýrství. V praktické části je představena společnost a popsána analýza současného stavu, jejíž hlavním východiskem je materiálový tok. V projektové části jsou navrženy nové layouty meziskladu, který vznikl přestěhováním střediska laserů a dále elektronický způsob komunikace mezi lakovnou a hlavním skladem. Výsledkem práce je porovnání vzdáleností současného stavu se vzdálenostmi v návrhu meziskladu a splnění zkrácené vzdálenosti alespoň o 30 %. Přínosem diplomové práce je zefektivnění materiálového toku, zkrácení doby přepravy a zjednodušení přepravy materiálu. |

The main aim of the thesis is to reduce the handling routes from the main warehouse to the paint section by at least 30 %. Partial aim of this thesis is to reduce the number of routes of paint staff to the main warehouse, to reduce the number of routes to the main warehouse between operations and shorten the routes in the paint section. Industrial engineering methods, like Sankey diagram or ABC analysis are used to meet these goals. The theoretical part of this work is in the field of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and methods of industrial engineering. The practical part introduces the company and describes the analysis of the current state, while the basic start point is the material flow. In the project part, a new layout of the intermediate warehouse is proposed, which was created by moving the laser center, as well as an electronic method of communication between the paint shop and the main warehouse. The result of the thesis is a comparison of the distances of the current state with the designed distances in the intermediate warehouse and the fulfillment of the shortened distance by at least 30 %. The contribution of the diploma thesis is a streamline of material flow, shortening of transport time and simplifying material transport. |
