dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podnikání v oblasti optiky s optometristickou praxí a možnost založení optiky v MS kraji. Cílem je zmapovat potřebné informace pro založení optiky. V rámci řešení této problematiky byla zpracována marketingová analýza současné situace na trhu služeb oční optiky v Moravskoslezském kraji. Dále byl proveden dotazníkový průzkum, který byl realizován formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Podstatou průzkumu bylo zjištění potřeb zákazníků očních optik a zvolení vhodného sortimentu do optiky. Zjištění dílčích cílů vhodného cenového rozpětí sortimentu v optice a zjištění informovanosti lidí o možnostech řešení brýlí a kde si nechávají kontrolovat zrak. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán na založení optiky s optometristickou praxí v MS kraji, jehož součástí je také finanční a časová analýza. Hlavním výsledkem práce je konkrétní projekt, který může sloužit jako podklad pro založení podobného zařízení v oblasti optiky v MS kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of business in the field of ophthalmic optics and the possibility of establishing optical store in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim of this thesis is to map the necessary information for the establishment of optical store. A marketing analysis of the current situation on the market of ophthalmic optics services in the MS region was prepared as a part of the solution to this issue. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was conducted, which was carried out in the form of quantitative research. The essence of the survey was to determine the needs of customers and to select a suitable assortment for optical store. Partial goals of the survey were finding out a suitable price range of the assortment in optical store and finding out about the awareness of people about the possibilities of solving ophthalmic problems with glasses and places, where they can have their eyes checked. Based on the findings, a business plan was created for the establishment of optical store in the MS region, which also includes financial and time analysis. The main result of this thesis is a specific project, which can serve as a basis for the establishing of optical store in the MS region.
