Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci k práci vychovatelů v dětském domově. V první, teoretické části, se zaměřuje na samotný dětský domov, dětský domov se školou, práci a kvalifikační přípravu vychovatele a motivaci. V druhé, praktické části je práce zaměřena na výzkum, jeho průběh, realizace a závěr. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou vychovatelé v dětském domově motivováni k práci vychovatele, či jakým způsobem jsou motivováni. |

This bachelorl's work discusses the motivation to work as tutors in a children's home. In the first, a theoretical saction, it focused on the children's home itself, the children's home with school, the work and training of the tutor, and the motivation itself. In the second, practical part, the work if focused on independent research, its progress, implementation and conclusion. The aim od this bachelor's work was to determine whether the nursery tea-chers were motivated to work as a tutor or in what way they were motivated. |
