dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou konkurencieschopnosti a konkurenčných výhod spoločnosti Elastic, s.r.o. Teoretické poznatky sú zhromaždené v teoretickej časti. Tie sú v praktickej časti aplikované na spoločnosť Elastic, s.r.o. Súčasťou práce je porte-rova analýza piatich síl, SWOT analýza spoločnosti, popísanie konkurenčných výhod firmy a dokázanie konkurencieschopnosti firmy prostredníctvom porovnania výrobku firmy s výrobkami konkurentov. V závere sú zhrnuté prednosti a nedostatky spoločnosti a návrhy na zlepšenie súčasného stavu.	cs

Theoretic knowledges about this subject was collected in theoretic part. After that they are applied to Elastic, s.r.o. company in practical part. Part of the the-sis is Porter analysis, SWOT analysis of company, inscription of competitive advantages and demonstration of the competitivness of the company by means of comparision the product of the company with other competitive products.
