dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů vybrané společnosti, a to v období 2015-2019, se záměrem navrhnout pro firmu doporučení, která by vedla k efektivnějšímu řízení nákladů v budoucnosti. V první části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se analýzy nákladů, které jsou aplikovány v navazující praktické části. Ta se skládá z několika dílčích částí. Na úvod je charakterizována vybraná společnost, vývoj ekonomických ukazatelů a zaměstnanců. Následuje členění nákladů dle druhu a klasifikace nákladů dle vztahu k objemu produkce. Další část se sestává z odhadu nákladových funkcí pomocí vybraných metod a určení bodu zvratu. Závěrem je provedena predikce dílčích sledovaných veličin pro nadcházející období. Práce tedy mimo jiné přináší návrh členění nákladů na fixní a variabilní složku, který umožňuje sestavení nákladových funkcí a určení bodu zvratu. Dále přináší vyhodnocení provedené analýzy, vlastní poznatky a doporučení za účelem lepšího řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on a cost analysis in the selected company in a period from 2015 to 2019. The outcome will be a recommendation for the company, which should result in the more effective management of cost in the future. The first part of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical compilation of the knowledge of cost analysis, later applied in the second, practical part, which consists of several other parts. The introduction part is about the characteristics of the selected company, the development of economic indicators and employees, followed by a breakdown of cost types and classification according to a volume of production. The next part consists of an estimation of cost functions using selected methods and determination of break-even point. The conclusion of this thesis includes a prediction of individually monitored quantities for the upcoming period. The benefit of this thesis is a proposal of cost division into a fixed and variable part, which allows the use of cost functions and determination of the break-even point. It also provides an evaluation of the analysis, own knowledge and recommendations for better cost management.
