dc.description.abstract	Tato práce zpracovává problematiku spojenou s evakuací, evakuačními plány a požární ochranou v objektu sociálních služeb. V teoretické části jsou na základě literárních rešerší uvedeny základní pojmy z klíčových oblastí evakuačních plánů a požární ochrany. V praktické části je popsán zjištěný stav a pomocí zvolených kvalitativních metod - analýzy rizik Ishikawa diagramu a SWOT analýzy jsou identifikována slabá místa a hrozby. Dále jsou zde uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stavu a provedení protiopatření. I přes celkově uspokojivý stav zkoumané organizace výsledky práce poukazují na možnost dosažení vyššího zabezpečení požární ochrany zavedením dalších úprav a doplněním stávajícího evakuačního plánu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Thesis deals with the topic related to evacuation, evacuation plans and fire protection in the social services facility. The purpose of the theory section is to define essential terms from key areas of evacuation plans and fire protection on the basis of literary research. The purpose of the practical section is to describe discovered conditions and to identify weaknesses and threats using qualitative methods - risk analysis, Ishikawa diagram and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, there are stated improvement proposals and proposals for implementing countermeasures. Despite the overall satisfactory conditions of the examined institution, the findings of this Thesis suggest the possibility of achieving a higher level of security of fire protection by implementing further adjustments and by extension of a current evacuation plan.
