dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rizik spojených s lidským faktorem v procesu řízení zakázky. V první části práce jsou představena teoretická východiska, která s daným tématem souvisí a jsou dále použita pro praktickou část. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnost XYZ a analýzu současného stavu prostřednictvím metod analýzy rizik. Tyto analýzy specifikují nejkritičtější části procesu, kterým by společnost měla věnovat největší pozornost. Poslední část práce tvoří možná doporučení a opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of risks associated with the human factor in order management. The first part of the thesis presents theoretical knowledge related to the topic and is further used for the practical part. The practical part contains an introduction of the company XYZ and an analysis of the current state through risk analysis methods. These analysis specify the most critical parts of the company's process to pay the most attention to and address first. The last part of the work consists of possible recommendations and measures.
