dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci ve vybrané společnosti. Práci tvoří dvě části - teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, legislativa, povinnosti zaměstnavatele i práva a povinnosti zaměstnanců. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické popisuje některé metody analýzy rizik, které jsou v práci dále použity. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané společnosti, analýzu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v této společnosti. V závěru jsou zhodnocena rizika a nedostatky a navržena zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with occupational safety and health in a specific company. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts concerning occupational safety and health, legislation, duties of employer and employee. The final chapter of theoretical part describes some of the methods of risk analysis that are further used in the bachelor. The practical part reveals the characteristics of a specific company and the Occupational Safety and Health analysis in this company. In the conclusion section the facts are summarized risks and failures of the company and proposed improvements.
