dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je odhalení slabých míst v oblasti vedení a motivace zaměstnanců společnosti SVĚT PLODŮ s.r.o. K tomuto účelu bude uskutečněno výzkumné šetření, které se bude skládat z dotazníku pro zaměstnance společnosti a z rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky. V návaznosti na údaje získané z šetření bude na základě informací a poznatků zpracovávaných v teoretické části, navrhnuto doporučení k úpravám rozebíraných oblastí. Toto doporučení může vést k příznivým změnám v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců, produktivity a efektivity podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to reveal the weak points in the area of leadership and motivation of employees in the company SVĚT PLODŮ s.r.o. For this purpose, a research investigation will be conducted, which will consist of a questionnaire for the company's employees and interviews with managers. Following the data obtained from the survey, recommendations for adjustments to the areas under discussion will be proposed based on the information and findings elaborated in the theoretical part. This recommendation can lead to positive changes in the area of employee motivation, productivity and company efficiency.
