Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast řízení lidských zdrojů v souvislosti s managementem kvality. Cílem této práce je navrhnout doporučení a určitá opatření pro společnost, vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající situace. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na objasnění jednotlivých pojmů týkajících se tématu řízení lidských zdrojů, především na oblasti motivace, komunikace a vzdělávání. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření současného stavu řízení lidských zdrojů Hotelu Akademie, které je sestaveno na základě SWOT analýzy. V závěru této práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zajištění perspektivního vývoje firmy, vycházející z výsledků dotazníkového šetření. |

This baccalaureate work is oriented on the field of human resource management in connection with a quality management. The objective of this work is to suggest recommendations and certain measurements for the society leading to an improvement of the existing situation. The theoretical part results from special literature and is aimed at clearing of particular terms concerning the topic of human resource management, mainly on the fields of motivation, communication and education. The practical part involves questionnaire investigation of the present state of human resource management of human resources of Akademie hotel being elaborated on the base of SWOT analysis. At the end of this work the recommendations for ensuring a perspective company development resulting from the results of questionnaire investigation. |
