dc.description.abstract Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu konkurencieschopnosti wellness hotela Jasoň. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti sú na základe literárnych zdrojov spracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti konkurencie, konkurenčnej schopnosti, hotelierstva a marketingu. Praktická časť je zameraná na zhodnotenie súčasného stavu vybraného hotela a analýzu konkurenčných hotelov pomocou analýzy SWOT, PEST a benchmarkingu. Na základe výsledkov z analýz sú na záver navrhnuté opatrenia a odporúčania pre zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti tohto hotela.

dc.description.abstract-translated The bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the competitiveness of the wellness hotel Jason. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the theoretical knowledge in the field of competition, competitiveness, hotel industry and marketing are elaborated based on literature sources. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the current status of the selected hotel and the analysis of competing hotels using SWOT, PEST and benchmarking analysis. Finally, on the basis of the results from the analyses, measures and recommendations are proposed to increase the competitiveness of the hotel.
