dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zabývá se představami ředitelů mateřských škol o ideálním učiteli. Teoretická část práce se věnuje sumarizaci poznatků o osobnostních kvalitách a kompetencích nezbytných k výkonu profese učitele mateřské školy a hlavním aspektům práce ředitele mateřské školy. Empirická část práce byla prováděna kvalitativní metodou výzkumu a realizována prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných interview s ředitelkami mateřských škol. Hlavní cílem této části bylo zjistit představy ředitelů o ideálním učiteli mateřské školy. Výzkumný vzorek se skládal z šesti ředitelů mateřských škol ze Zlínského a Moravskoslezského kraje. Výzkumné šetření odhalilo představy ředitelů v souvislosti s osobností, profesními kompetencemi a vzděláním učitelů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is of a theoretical-empirical character and deals with the ideas of kindergarten headmasters about an ideal teacher. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to summarizing knowledge on personal qualities and the competencies necessary to pursue the profession of kindergarten teacher and the main aspects of the work of the kindergarten headmaster. The empiciral part of the thesis was performed by a qualitative research method and implemented through semi-structured interviews with kindergarten headmasters. The main goal of this section was to find out ideas of kindergarten headmasters about an ideal teacher. The research sample consisted of six kindergarten headmasters from the Zlín and Moravian-Silesian regions. The research investigation revealed headmasters' perceptions of personality, professional competencies and teachers education.
