dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu nákladů ve společnosti Kordárna Plus a.s . v letech 2017-2020. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky, které se týkají analýzy nákladů a jsou následně aplikované v navazující praktické části. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost Kordárna Plus a.s. a poté provedena analýza nákladů. Náklady byly rozděleny podle druhového členění a dále také podle jejich vztahu k objemu prováděných výkonů. Poslední část obsahuje odhad nákladových funkcí a výpočet bodu zvratu a bezpečnostního koeficientu. Práce dále přináší vyhodnocení výsledků provedené analýzy a návrhy doporučení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the cost analysis in the company Kordárna Plus a.s. in the years 2017-2020. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, the theoretical knowledge related to cost analysis is elaborated and is subsequently applied in the subsequent practical part. In the introduction of the practical part, the company Kordárna Plus a.s. is introduced and then the cost analysis is performed. The costs were divided according to their type and also according to their relation to the volume of performed activities. The last part contains the estimation of cost functions and the calculation of the break even point. The thesis also presents an evaluation of the results of the analysis, recommendations for the company and own findings.
