dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na organizaci největšího veřejného triatlonového závodu v České republice známého jako VALACHY MAN v roce 2021. Teoretická část práce se věnuje objasněním pojmů z oblasti sportovních akcí a logistiky sportovních akcí. V praktické části popisuji organizaci triatlonového závodu se zaměřením na poslední dny příprav a oba závodní dny. Zabývám se analýzou a celkovým vyhodnocení závodu na základě informací získaných od pořadatelů a vlastních poznatků z průběhu praxe. Dále jsme ve spolupráci s organizátory identifikovali hlavní rizika a opatření pro jejich omezení. Práce je zaměřena pouze na poslední dny příprav a samotné závodní dny. Ke zpracování byly použity metody časového a Ganttova diagramu, metoda CPM a stručná SWOT analýza.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the organization of the largest public triathlon race in the Czech Republic known as VALACHY MAN in 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the explanation of concepts from the field of sporting events and logistics of sporting events. In the practical part I describe the organization of the triathlon race, focusing on the last days of preparation and both race days. I deal with the analysis and overall evaluation of the race based on the information obtained from the organizers and my own findings during the practice. Furthermore, in collaboration with the organizers, we identified the main risks and measures to mitigate them. The work focuses only on the final days of preparation and the race days themselves. Time and Gantt chart methods, CPM method and a brief SWOT analysis were used for the study.
