dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany hospodářských zvířat za mimo-řádných událostí. V teoretické části je uvedena základní právní legislativa a pojmy. Popisuje zásady manipulace s hospodářskými zvířaty, nebezpečí z ohrožení zvířaty a jejich možnou evakuaci, činnost Státní veterinární správy při mimořádných událostech a specifika záchrany zvířat při vybraných mimořádných událostech. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu rozebrána připravenost chovatelů na mimořádné události v Olomouckém kraji. Dále je vybrán konkrétní chov, pro který byla identifikována rizika pomocí SWOT analýzy a následně vytvořena analýza hrozeb a rizik pomocí metody KARS. V poslední části je vytvořen návrh evakuačního plánu pro vybraný chov pomocí programu Inkscape, ArcGIS a QGIS, který byl předán s analýzou rizik majitelce farmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of protection of livestock during emergencies. The theoretical part presents the basic legal legislation and concepts. It describes the principles of handling livestock, the dangers of endangering animals and their possible evacuation, the activities of the State Veterinary Administration in emergencies and the specifics of rescuing animals in selected emergencies. In the practical part, the readiness of breeders for emergencies in the Olomouc region is analyzed using a questionnaire survey. Furthermore, a specific breeding is selected for which risks were identified using SWOT analysis and subsequently a risk analysis was created using the KARS method. In the last part, a draft evacuation plan for a selected farm is created using the Inkscape, ArcGIS and QGIS programs, which was submitted with a risk analysis of the farm owners.
