Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou startupových společností, jejich životními fázemi, metodikami plánování business modelů a rizikům, která souvisí s plánováním business modelů startup společností. V teoretické části se práce věnuje obecnému pojetí společností v ČR a jejich základnímu legislativnímu rámci, teorii startupu jako celku a jednotlivým obvyklým canvas plánovacím metodám. Praktická část práce popisuje dvě společnosti, které nedosáhly na předpokládané cíle a skončily dříve, než se stihly rozvinout. Práce zkoumá, jestli by projektové plánování skrze Lean Canvas již v úvodní fázi odhalilo možná rizika a nabízí vlastní, drobně upravenou metodiku takového plánovaní. |

The thesis deals with the topic of startup companies, their life stages, methodologies for planning business models and risks related to planning business models of startup companies. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the general concept of companies in the Czech Republic and their basic legislative framework, the theory of startup as a whole and individual common canvas planning methods. The practical part of the thesis describes two companies that did not reach their expected goals and ended before they could develop. The thesis investigates whether project planning through Lean Canvas would have revealed possible risks at an early stage and offers its own, slightly modified methodology for such planning. |
