Efektívne využívanie času je veľmi dôležitou súčasťou nie len pracovného života zamestnanca, pretože priamo ovplyvňuje jeho produktivitu i zdravotný stav. Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bola analýza súčasného stavu time managementu vedúcich oblasti vo firme Baťa, a.s. a následné predloženie návrhov na zlepšenie aktuálnej situácie. K vykonaniu analýzy bol najskôr vypracovaný teoretický základ k problematike time managementu. Zaistenie potrebných dát prebiehalo prostredníctvom časových snímkov, dotazníku a rozhovoru s jednou z vedúcich oblastí, ktoré boli následne analyzované. Na základe zistených skutočností bolo vypracovaných niekoľko odporúčaní na zlepšenie time managementu oblastných vedúcich. Konkrétne bolo v práci pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu predložených 6 návrhov, ktoré zahŕňajú vzdelávanie vedúcich oblasti v oblasti time managementu a asertívnej komunikácie, vzdelávanie vedúcich predajne, zmenu odmeňovacieho systému asistentov predaja, vytvorenie pracovného priestoru a štandardizáciu. |

The efficient use of time is a very important part not only of an employee's working life, because it directly affects his productivity and health. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the current state of time management of district managers of Baťa, a.s. and the subsequent submission of proposals to improve the current situation. To perform the analysis, a theoretical basis for the issue of time management was first developed. The necessary data was provided through time tracking sheets, a questionnaire, and an interview with one of the district managers, which were then analysed. Based on the findings, several recommendations were made to improve the time management of district managers. Specifically, 6 proposals were submitted to improve the current situation, which include training of district managers in the field of time management and assertive communication, training of store managers, change of the sales assistants' remuneration system, creation of a workspace and standardization. |
