Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh vhodného financování investičního záměru města Slavičín. Teoretická část předkládá základní poznatky o hospodaření obcí a možnostech financování investičních záměrů a poskytuje tak potřebné informace pro analýzu a praktickou část. Úvod praktické části je věnován základní charakteristice obce a dále pokračuje finanční analýzou, jejímž cílem je zhodnocení hospodaření obce. Na to navazuje představení investičního záměru a rozbor možností jeho financování. Závěr praktické části je potom věnován návrhu možného způsobu financování včetně možných dopadů do hospodaření obce. |

This Master's thesis is focused on the proposal of suitable financing of the investment plan in Slavičín. The theoretical part presents basic knowledge about the management of municipalities and the possibility of financing investment plans and provides the necessary information for analysis and practical part. The introduction of the practical part is devoted to the basic characteristics of the municipality and continues with a financial analysis, the aim of which is to further evaluate the management of the municipality. This is followed by a presentation of the investment plan and an analysis of its financing opportunities. The conclusion of the practical part is then devoted to the proposal of a possible method of financing, including possible impacts on the management of the municipality. |
