Za téma své bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila "Možnosti využívání elektronického podpisu při komunikaci s orgány veřejné správy". Cílem této práce je vymezit elektronický podpis, jeho legislativní rámec a zmapovat možnosti využití elektronického podpisu pro občana při komunikaci s orgány veřejné správy. V teoretické části bych se chtěla zabývat všeobecnou problematikou elektronického podpi-su a seznámit čtenáře s významem základních pojmů z oblasti legislativního rámce, uvést několik typů elektronického podpisu a možnosti jejich zabezpečení. V praktické části se zaměřím na využití elektronického podpisu pro občana. Zmapuji mož-nosti použití při komunikaci s orgány státní správy a samosprávy. V další části se pokusím o celkové zhodnocení použití elektronického podpisu v praxi, na jehož základě bych ráda provedla také ekonomické zhodnocení využití. Součástí mé praktické části bude i doporu-čení ke zlepšení komunikace s orgány veřejné správy a výhled do budoucnosti ve využití elektronického podpisu. |

I have chosen "Possibilities of using the electronic signature in communication with the public administration authorities'q as the theme of my bachelor thesis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the electronic signature, the legislative framework thereof and to map the possibilities of using the electronic signature for citizens in their communication with the public administration authorities. In the theoretical part I would like to deal with the general issues concerning the electronic signature and to make the readers familiar with the meaning of the basic terms in the legis-lation, to mention several types of the electronic signature and the options how to secure them. In the practical part I will focus on using the electronic signature by citizens. I will map the possibilities of using it in communication with the state administration authorities and self-governing bodies. In the following part I will try to provide overall analysis of using the electronic signature in practice, on the basis of which I would like to make economic analysis of the utilisation. The practical part will also include recommendations to improve communication with the public administration authorities and the perspective of using the electronic signature in the future. |
