dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou sociálních vztahů ve vybrané školní třídě na základě jednotlivých kritérií třídního klimatu: míře spokojenosti, konfliktů, soutěživosti, obtížnosti, soudržnosti a míře pořádku. Dále analyzujeme strukturu sociálních vztahů a postavení vrstevnicky vyloučených žáků dle míry vlivu a sympatií. Výzkum zahrnuje výsledky kvantitativního šetření realizovaného během školního roku 2021/2022 technikou standardizovaného dotazníku a sociometrického měření ve vybrané 9. třídě základní školy. Získaná data byla analyzována dle metodik a porovnána s normou. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynula skutečnost, že se třídní klima v námi vybrané třídě vymyká referenčním hodnotám v rámci stanovených norem, a to především vysokou soudržností a nízkou soutěživostí. Deficit spatřujeme v absenci sociálního pedagoga na škole, který má profesní předpoklady pro práci s vrstevnicky vyloučenými žáky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of social relations in a selected school class, based on individual criteria of the classroom climate: degree of satisfaction, conflicts, competitiveness, difficulty, cohesion, and degree of order. Furthermore, we analyse the structure of social relations and the position of peer-excluded pupils according to the attractions and influence between individuals in the group. The research includes the results of a quantitative survey carried out during the school year 2021/2022 using the technique of a standardized questionnaire and sociometric measurement in a selected 9th grade elementary school. The data obtained were analysed according to the methodologies and compared with the norm. The results of the research revealed that the classroom climate in the class we selected deviates from the reference values within the set standards, namely high cohesion and low competitiveness. We see a deficit in the absence of a social pedagogue at the school, who has the professional prerequisites for working with pupils who are excluded from their peers.
