Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití nástrojů finančního controllingu ve zdravotnickém zařízení. V teoretické části jsou popsána základní východiska controllingu, čerpaná z dostupných literárních zdrojů, se zaměřením na využití ve zdravotnictví. Praktic-ká část charakterizuje konkrétní zdravotnické zařízení, úlohu controllingu v tomto zařízení v současnosti, a navrhuje nové možnosti využití nástrojů finančního controllingu, pro jeho efektivnější řízení. Výsledkem je návrh zprávy controllera, převeden na reálná data zdra-votnického zařízení, návrh začlenění pozice controllera do stávající organizační struktury zdravotnického zařízení a celkové zhodnocení přínosů tohoto projektu. |

This Master thesis examines the possibilities of usage the instruments of the financial con-trolling in the medical institute. The theory part describes the basic resources of control-ling, draw from accessible literary sources, with the externalization on usage in the health service. Working part describes the concrete medical institute, the work of controlling in this institute in the present time and proposes to new possibilities of usage the financial controlling instruments for its more effective operating. The issue of this Master thesis is the proposal of controllers report, leads over real data of the medical institute, proposal incorporation controllers position to the current organizational structure of the medical institute and total evaluation of contribution of this project. |
