dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje evakuaci domu pro seniory. Dělí se na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byla posouzena evakuace seniorů v právních předpisech a odborné literatuře. Dále byla evakuace řešena dle doby trvání, způsobu evakuace, nebezpečí v případě evakuace. Praktická část zmiňuje příklady evakuace z domova pro seniory při mimořádné události. Součástí bylo posouzení současného stavu řešení mimořádné události Domova pro seniory SIMEON s důrazem na evakuační plán a jeho klady a zápory. S využitím metod SWOT analýzy a Ishikawa diagram bylo poukázáno na rizika, která mohou ohrozit evakuaci seniorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the evacuation of a home for the elderly. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the evacuation of senior citizens was assessed in legal regulations and professional literature. Furthermore, the evacuation was solved according to the duration, method of evacuation, danger in case of evacuation. The practical part mentions examples of evacuation from a home for the elderly during an emergency. Part of it was an assessment of the current state of dealing with the emergency at the SIMEON Home for the Elderly with an emphasis on the evacuation plan and its pros and cons. Using the methods of SWOT analysis and the Ishikawa diagram, the risks that may threaten the evacuation of the elderly were pointed out.
