Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou onemocnění ulcerózní kolitida, která patří mezi nespecifické střevní záněty. V teoretické části jsme popsali příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu onemocnění. Věnovali jsme se také prognóze a psychosociálním faktorům, které mohou vznik a průběh ulcerózní kolitidy ovlivnit. Ulcerózní kolitida ovlivňuje pacienty v základních potřebách, o některých z nich pojednáváme ve druhé kapitole. Posledním tématem praktické části je role sestry v péči o pacienty s ulcerózní kolitidou, potřeby těchto pacientů a jejich edukace. Cílem naší práce bylo zjistit, jak toto onemocnění ovlivňuje běžný život pacientů, které symptomy nemoci jsou pro pacienty nejvíce zatěžující, jak ovlivňuje ulcerózní kolitida život pacientů v profesní oblasti a v plnění sociálních rolí. Pro získání informací byla využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovor. |

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of ulcerative colitis, which belongs to non-specific intestinal inflammations. In the theoretical part, we described the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. We also focused on the prognosis and psychosocial factors that can influence the development and course of ulcerative colitis. Ulcerative colitis affects patients in basic needs, some of which we discuss in the second chapter. The last topic of the practical part is the nurse's role in the care of patients with ulcerative colitis, the needs of these patients and their education. The goal of our work was to find out how this disease affects the normal life of patients, which symptoms of the disease are the most burdensome for patients, how ulcerative colitis affects the life of patients in the professional field and in the fulfillment of social roles. The qualitative research method, semi-structured interview technique, was used to obtain information. |
