dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce nese název: Projekt zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybrané organizace. Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním spokojenosti zaměstnanců v organizaci. Jsou zde sledovány faktory, které ovlivňují spokojenost zaměstnanců. Je zde poukázáno na důležitost pravidelného zjišťování spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje také na motivaci zaměstnanců k pracovnímu výkonu. Je zde ukázán rozdíl mezi vnější a vnitřní stimulací k práci. Je zde popsán stimul, motiv a také potřeby zaměstnanců. Tato práce je zaměřena i na formy nejčastějších benefitů v organizaci. Je zde zkoumána spokojenost v konkrétní vybrané společnosti. Na základě dat z dotazníkového šetření byl vytvořen projekt zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is titled "Project to Increase Employee Satisfaction in a Selected Organization." This thesis deals with the investigation of employee satisfaction within the organization. Factors influencing employee satisfaction are monitored here. The importance of regular employee satisfaction surveys is highlighted here. This diploma thesis also focuses on employee motivation for work performance. The difference between external and internal stimulation to work is shown here. The stimulus, motive and the needs of the employees are described here. This work also focuses on the forms of benefits most commonly offered in the organization. Satisfaction in a specific selected company is examined here. Based on data gathered from a questionnaire survey, a project was developed to increase employee satisfaction.
