Tématem této bakalářské práce je svobodný přístup k informacím. Právo na informace je ústavně zaručeným politickým právem v demokratických zemích. Zákonnou úpravu práva na informace na našem území představuje zákon č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj práva na informace na mezinárodní, evropské i státní úrovni, a ústavní zakotvení práva na informace. Dále v této části je objasněna problematika poskytování o informace, práva a povinnosti žadatelů a povinných subjektů. V praktické části zhodnotím použití tohoto zákona v praxi formou dotazníkového šetření. |

The subject of the bachelor work is free access to information. In democratic countries the right for information has been the political right guaranteed by the constitution. In our country the right for information is treated by the law no. 106/1999 St. of free access to information in a word of later statutes. In the teoretical part is described history of free access to information in international, european and national legislations, and statutory guarantees of free access to information. Further in this part are clarified questions of providing information, the rights and obligations of applicants and the obligatory subjects. In practical part is evaluated the application of this law in practice by questionnaire. |
