Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na modernizaci knihovny Nemocnice Boskovice s.r.o. a její vliv na zlepšení marketingové strategie. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základům marketingu, s důrazem na specifika marketingu ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část představuje organizaci nemocnice a poskytuje podrobnou situační analýzu. Dále je popsán současný stav knihovny a samotný projekt, včetně vytvoření nových webových stránek a Facebooku nemocnice. Projekt zahrnuje také analýzu časového plánu, nákladů a rizik s cílem zajištění jeho udržitelnosti. Závěrečné kapitoly se věnují zhodnocením účinnosti projektu, konkrétně systémům na rezervaci knihovny a odborných publikací a komunikačním kanálům, které jsou klíčovými prvky modernizace knihovny a zlepšení marketingové strategie. Celkově práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na modernizaci knihovny ve zdravotnickém prostředí. |
