Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava prepojením tradičných portugalských kachličiek s modernou technológiou extrudovania s cieľom vytvoriť multifunkčný interiérový prvok. Práca popisuje technologický postup výroby keramickej časti nábytku, ktorý zahŕňa návrh profilov, prípravu dát pre plazmu, výrobu šablóny, prípravu extrudera, samotný proces extrudovania, rezanie otvorov a sušenie a brúsenie keramiky. Okrem toho sa zaoberá aj výrobou sklenenej dosky, ktorá je dôležitou súčasťou multifunkčného prvku. Tento proces zahŕňa navrhovanie, tvorbu polystyrénového modelu, formovanie, sušenie a výpal sklenenej dosky. Štúdia využíva kombináciu tradičných a moderných techník s cieľom dosiahnuť estetický vzhľad, funkčnosť a pevnosť nábytku Faro. |
