dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o rekonstrukci budovy Fotografia, nacházející se nedaleko Náměstí Míru ve Zlíně. Hlavní konceptem celého projektu je transformace budovy na hotel, kde je mým primárním záměrem vytvořit designové řešení pouze pro přízemí společně s prvním patrem. V prvním nadzemním podlaží by se do budoucna měla otevřít veřejnosti kavárna. Druhé nadzemní podlaží by mělo naopak nabídnout možnosti různého využití v podobě hotelových snídaní či pronájmu celé místnosti jako salonku. Návrh je inspirován vybranými prvky svou minulostí a vytváří atmosféru týkající se fotografie. Celkovým záměrem je přivést do budovy nový život prosperující městu a okolí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the reconstruction of the Fotografia building, located near to the Náměstí Míru in Zlín. The main concept of the whole project is the transformation of the building into a hotel, where my primary intention is to create a design solution for the ground floor only, together with the first floor. In the future, a café should be opened to the public on the first floor. The second floor, on the other hand, should offer the possibility of various uses in the form of hotel breakfasts or renting the entire room as a lounge. The design is inspired by selected elements of its past and creates an atmosphere related to photography. The overall intent is to bring new life to the building for a thriving city and neighborhood.
