Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení finančního zdraví a výkonnost vybraného podniku. Účelem je společnost důkladně analyzovat, srovnat ji s konkurencí, odhalit slabé stránky a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení finanční situace. Práce se člení na dvě dílčí části. Teoretická část se zabývá principy finanční analýzy. Probrány jsou nejen jednotlivé metody a nástroje, ale i uživatelé a zdroje finanční analýzy. V analytické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky, pomocí kterých je podnik následně hodnocen a srovnáván s konkurencí. Využity jsou metody absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, přidané hodnoty, Du Pontova rozkladu, souhrnných ukazatelů a nefinančních indikátorů. Na základě výsledků analytické části jsou navrhnuta možná doporučení na zlepšení zjištěných slabin v oblasti likvidity, rentability a řízení aktiv podniku, čímž byl naplněn hlavní cíl práce. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the financial health and performance of a selected company. The objective is a thorough analysis of the company, a comparison with its competition, an examination of its weaknesses, and a proposition of recommendations to improve its financial situation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the principles of financial analysis. It explores not only the different methods and tools but also the users and sources of financial analysis. In the analytical part, theoretical knowledge is applied, by means of which the company is subsequently evaluated and compared with its competitors. Use is made of absolute, differential and ratio methods, value added, Du Pont decomposition, aggregate indicators, and non-financial indicators. Based on the results of the analytical part, possible recommendations for improvement are suggested of the identified weaknesses in the areas of liquidity, profitability and asset management of the company, thus fulfilling the main objective of the thesis. |
