dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití nástrojů kohezní politiky EU v rozvoji neziskové organizace NADĚJE. Práce analyzuje, jak organizace čerpá fondy EU pro realizaci svých projektů a navrhuje opatření pro optimalizaci projektového řízení. V teoretické části jsou představeny klíčové aspekty kohezní politiky EU a její implementace v ČR. Praktická část se věnuje analýze čerpání fondů EU organizací s využitím metod analýzy dostupných zdrojů, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a SWOT analýzy. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní návrhy opatření a katalog projektů pro možný budoucí rozvoj organizace NADĚJE.
