dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá projevy autorit v práci učitelky mateřské školy. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány koncepty autorit a jejich působení v pedagogickém prostředí mateřské školy a sumarizované poznatky o významu učitele. Cílem bylo analyzovat projevy autority učitelky mateřské školy v kontaktu s dětmi. V praktické části je prezentován kvalitativní design výzkum, který byl realizován pomocí interview s učitelkami mateřských škol a analýzou pozorování učitelky při práci s dětmi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis explores the manifestations of authority in the work of preschool teachers. The theoretical part characterizes the concepts of authority and their impact in the preschool educational environment, summarizing knowledge about the significance of teachers. The goal was to analyze the manifestations of authority of a preschool teacher in contact with children. In the practical part, a qualitative research design is presented, which was conducted through interviews with preschool teachers and analysis of observations of teachers working with children.
