dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v souvislosti s realizací pozemních staveb. V první části jsou řešena teoretická východiska bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, analýzy rizik a logistiky. Tato východiska jsou dále použita v praktické části. Praktická část se skládá z analyticko-empirické části, kde je řešena analýza výchozího stavu výstavby Janáčkova kulturního centra a aplikační části, tedy vypracování metodické příručky pro zabezpečení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na výstavbě Janáčkova kulturního centra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Occupational Health and Safety in Connection with the Realization of Building Construction. The first part of the thesis presents theoretical knowledge related to the topics and is used further for the practical part. The practical part consists of an analytical-empirical part, where the initial state of the building Janáček Cultural Center is analyzed. The second part of the practical part consists of the application part, where a methodological manual is created.
