dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce jsou potřeby a bariéry profesního růstu u sociálních pracovníků ve službě sociální rehabilitace. Zabývá se objasněním informací vztahujících se k uvedené formě služby a problematice duševního onemocnění, pozice sociálního pracovníka a specifikaci podpůrných a vzdělávacích mechanismů. Teoretická část je realizována formou dotazníkového šetření a jejím cílem je zjištění potřeb a bariér v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the diploma thesis is the needs and barriers to professional growth of social workers in the service of social rehabilitation. It deals with the clarification of information related to the mentioned form of service and the issue of mental illness, the position of a social worker and the specification of support and educational mechanisms. The theoretical part is implemented in the form of a questionnaire survey and its goal is to identify needs and barriers in the field of further education.
