dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na připravenost obyvatelstva obce Čáslav na mimořádné události. První část práce se věnuje právnímu rámci této problematiky, který zahrnuje relevantní právní předpisy týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva. Následující část se zabývá definicí klíčových pojmů spojených s danou tématikou. Další část charakterizuje ochranu obyvatelstva a integrovaný záchranný systém. V následující části jsou podrobně popsány jednotlivé typy mimořádných událostí, kterými se obec může potencionálně potýkat. Poslední část práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu v obci Čáslav, připraveností obyvatelstva na mimořádné události prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy, ze kterých jsou na základě získaných poznatků navržena konkrétní opatření, která mají za cíl zlepšit připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události ve vybrané obci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the emergency preparedness of the population of the municipality of Čáslav. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the legal framework of this issue, which includes relevant legislation related to the protection of the population. The following part deals with the definition of the key terms related to the topic. The next part characterises population protection and the integrated rescue system. The following section describes in detail the different types of emergencies that a municipality may potentially face. The last part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation in the municipality of Čáslav, the preparedness of the population for emergencies through a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis, from which specific measures are proposed based on the obtained knowledge, which aim to improve the preparedness of the population for emergencies in the selected municipality.
