dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele v mateřských školách. V teoretické části jsou rozepsané tři kapitoly. První kapitola popisuje, s jakými dětmi asistent pedagoga může pracovat v mateřské škole. V druhé kapitole jsou objasněny rozdíly mezi asistenty, kteří mohou pracovat v mateřské škole, větší část kapitoly je zaměřená na pozici asistenta pedagoga. Zde je popsáno zavedení této funkce, nutné a potřebné znalosti, dovednosti a náplň práce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje spolupráci asistenta pedagoga a učitele, bariérám při spolupráci a formě spolupráce. V praktické části za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu se zjišťuje, jak probíhá spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem v mateřské škole.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is the cooperation between teaching assistants and teachers in kindergartens. There are three chapters in the theoretical part. The first chapter describes what types of children a teaching assistant can work with in a kindergarten. In the second chapter, the differences between the assistants who can work in a kindergarten are clarified, the greater part of the chapter is focused on the teaching assistant. The introduction of this function, necessary knowledge, skills, and job content are described here. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the cooperation of the teaching assistant and the teacher, barriers during cooperation, and the form of cooperation. In the practical part, with the help of qualitative research, it is determined how the cooperation between the teaching assistant and the teacher in the kindergarten takes place.
