dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání znalostí sester při pořizování EKG záznamů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá anatomií srdce a obecným pohledem na elektrokardiogram (EKG), poskytuje základní informace o funkci srdce a jak EKG pomáhá lékařům při diagnostice a monitorování srdce. Praktická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl proveden v nemocnici se šesti sestrami. Rozhovory s nimi poskytují přímý pohled na jejich praxi, zkušenosti a názory na pořizování EKG záznamů. Tento přístup umožňuje hlubší pochopení, jak sestry aplikují teoretické znalosti v praxi a jaké jsou jejich výzvy a úspěchy. Tato práce přispívá k rozšíření vědeckého pochopení role sester v pořizování EKG záznamů a může poskytnout cenné informace pro další výzkum v oblasti zdravotnického vzdělávání a praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on examining nurses' knowledge in taking ECG recordings. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the anatomy of the heart and a general view of the electrocardiogram (ECG), providing background information on the function of the heart and how the ECG assists physicians in diagnosing and monitoring the heart. The practical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research that was conducted in a hospital with six nurses. Interviews with them provide a direct insight into their practice, experiences and views on taking ECG recordings. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of how nurses apply theoretical knowledge in practice and what their challenges and successes are. This work contributes to the expansion of scientific understanding of the role of nurses in ECG recording and can provide valuable information for further research in nursing education and practice.
