dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá umíráním a smrtí pohledem pracovníků domova pro seniory. Tato práce má dvě části. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o umírání a smrti, druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na seniorský věk a jeho charakteristiku, a ve třetí kapitole rozebíráme sociální služby, domov pro seniory a pracovníka v sociálních službách. V praktické části se zabýváme kvalitativním výzkumem a zvolenou metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Cílem bakalářské práce je odhalit zkušenosti a prožitky pracovníků domova pro seniory s umíráním a smrtí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with dying and death from the perspective retirement home workers. This thesis has two parts. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses dying and death, the second chapter focuses on old age and its characteristics and the third chapter discusses social services, retirement home and the social services worker. The practical part consists of qualitative research and the chosen method of interpretative phenomenological analysis. The aim of the thesis is to describe the experiences of the retirement home workers with dying and death.
