dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se věnuje klíčovému tématu strategického řízení ve zdravotnických zařízeních, se zaměřením na využití konceptu Balanced Scorecard pro zvýšení výkonnosti nemocnice XY. V době, kdy se zdravotnická zařízení celosvětově potýkají s rostoucími požadavky na kvalitu péče a efektivitu provozu, nabízí práce ucelený pohled na to, jak může Balanced Scorecard přispět k lepšímu strategickému řízení a zlepšení výkonnosti nemocnic. Práce kombinuje teoretické poznatky a praktickou aplikaci Balanced Scorecard v nemocnici XY, kde byl tento nástroj implementován s cílem zlepšit strategické rozhodování a operativní výkonnost.
