Tato diplomová práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter. Jejím cílem je popsat, jakým způsobem využívají učitelé informačně-komunikační technologie v předškolním vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zabývá informačně-komunikačními technologiemi z pohledu aktérů předškolního vzdělávání, současně je zde vymezen stěžejní pojem práce, a také se zabývá technologiemi v prostředí mateřské školy a vzděláváním učitelů v této oblasti i jejich kompetencemi k práci s informačně-komunikačními technologiemi. Výzkumná část představuje kvalitativní design výzkumu, jenž byl realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Data byla následně analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výzkumná zjištění ukazují, jakým způsobem využívají učitelé informačně-komunikační technologie, jaké technologie používají učitelé v předškolním vzdělávání, jaká je jejich příprava na využití a jaké jsou zkušenosti učitelů v souvislosti s využitím informačně-komunikačních technologií v předškolním vzdělávání. V závěru práce jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi. |

This thesis is theoretical/experimental; its aim is to describe how teachers use information and communication technologies in preschool education. The theoretical part discusses information and communication technologies from the perspective of preschool education teachers; it also defines the key concept of the thesis and addresses technologies in the preschool environment, teacher education in this area and their competencies for working with information and communication technologies. The experimental part presents a qualitative research design that was implemented through semi-structured interviews with preschool teachers, after which the data were analysed through open coding. The findings show how teachers use information and communication technologies, what technologies they use and how they are prepared to use them, and teachers experiences in the use of technology in preschool education. The conclusion of the thesis presents the research results and recommendations for future use. |
