dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem sendvičového prototypového dílu a obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány materiály sendvičových konstrukcí, aplikace v některých oblastech a jejich výrobní technologie. Dále se zde nacházejí informace o tvarování polymerních pěn a zkoušení mechanický vlastností sendvičových konstrukcí. Praktická část je věnována návrhem a výrobou zkušebních sendvičových tělísek a otestováním jejich mechanických vlastností. Dále je zjištěna tvarovatelnost vybraných polymerních pěn. Posledním krokem bylo zvolení vhodné materiálové skladby prototypového dílu pro danou aplikaci a určení jeho technologického postupu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the design of a sandwich prototype part and contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the materials of sandwich structures, their applications in some areas and their production technology. In addition, there is information on the forming of polymer foams and testing the mechanical properties of sandwich structures. The practical part is dedicated to the design and manufacture of test sandwich bodies and the testing of their mechanical properties. Furthermore, the formability of selected polymer foams is determined. The last step was the selection of a suitable material composition of the prototype part for the given application and determination of its technological procedure.
