Cílem diplomové práce je zefektivnit současný systém stravovacích služeb ve vybrané společnosti prostřednictvím navržených pracovních balíčků. V teoretické části práce je zahrnuta literární rešerše zabývající se lázeňstvím a problematikou obsaženou v práci. V rámci zpracování řešení byla využita možnost rozhovorů ve vybrané společnosti, analýza současného stavu společnosti, SWOT analýza a analýza oprávněného zájmu. Projekt je dále podpořen nákladovou, časovou a rizikovou analýzou. V práci je navrženo řešení v podobě pracovních balíčků, které obsahují kroky pro zefektivnění současného systému stravovacích služeb. Tvorba pracovních balíčků projektu vyplynula ze strukturovaných, polostrukturovaných i nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy současného stavu společnosti. Hlavním výstupem práce je formulace zmíněných pracovních balíčků. |

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to make the current food service systems more effective in the selected organization through the proposed work packages. The thesis begins with the theoretical part, which includes literary research on the spa system and the problems mentioned in the thesis. The interviews with the selected organization, analysis of the current situation of the organization, SWOT analysis, and analysis of legitimate interest were used to process the final results. The whole project is supported by cost, time, and risk analysis. In the diploma thesis, a solution for work packages is proposed. These packages include steps to make the current system of food services more effective. The formation of the project work packages resulted from structured, half-structured, and non-structured interviews and an analysis of the current status of the society. The primary outcome of the thesis is the formation of the mentioned packages. |
