dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi problematiky HPV infekce a její prevencí u studentů na středních školách. Teoretická část popisuje anatomickou stavbu děložního čípku, dále nádory děložního čípku, HPV infekcí a prevencí před nákazou HPV. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výsledků prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek, které jsou doplněny vysvětlujícími texty. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativním šetřením pomocí dotazníku. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění znalostí o problematice HPV u studentů na středních školách, informovanosti dívek o pravidelných gynekologických prohlídkách, proočkovanosti studentů a jejich rozhodnutí k očkování a zjištění, zda by se neočkovaní studenti nechali naočkovat.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the knowledge of HPV infection and its prevention in secondary school students. The theoretical part describes the anatomical structure of the cervix, cervical tumours, HPV infection and prevention of HPV infection. The practical part deals with the analysis of results through graphs and tables, which are supplemented with explanatory texts. The research was conducted by quantitative survey using a questionnaire. The results of this work are to find out the knowledge about HPV among secondary school students, girls' awareness about regular gynecological check-ups, students' vaccination coverage and their decision to get vaccinated and to find out whether unvaccinated students would get vaccinated.
