dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využívání koní v rámci hipologické služby policie České republiky a hodnotí efektivitu tohoto specifického segmentu policie. V práci jsou využity metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru vedeným se členy z oddělení služební hipologie Praha a na základě poskytnutých dat z praxe byla zpracována SWOT analýza, která popisuje stěžejní prvky týkající se využívání služebních koní u policie. V práci byla využita i metoda komparace možností využití služebních koní v zahraničích zemí. Výsledkem práce je také návrh na rozšíření oddělení služební hipologie v rámci České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the use of horses within the hippological service of the police of the Czech Republic and evaluates the effectiveness of this specific segment of the police. The work uses the methods of a semi-structured interview conducted with members of the department of service hippology in Prague, and based on the provided data from practice, a SWOT analysis was prepared, which describes the key elements related to the use of service horses by the police. The work also used the method of comparing the possibilities of using service horses in foreign countries. The result of the work is also a proposal to expand the service hippology department within the Czech Republic.
