dc.description.abstract	Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom na zlepšenie systému riadenia nákladov v oblasti nákladových stredísk a internej alokácie vo vybranej spoločnosti. Úvodná časť práce sa venuje rozboru odbornej literatúry, ktorá sa vzťahuje k problematike nákladov a ich riadenia. Nasledujúca praktická časť práce sa v úvode zaoberá predstavením spoločnosti a analýze jej základných ekonomických výsledkov. Táto časť je následne rozšírená o analýzy týkajúce sa riešenej problematiky, konkrétne analýzu nákladov a systému ich riadenia vo vybranej spoločnosti. Na základe uskutočnených analýz sú identifikované nedostatky riešenej problematiky. Očakávaným výstupom práce je návrh zlepšenia aktuálneho systému riadenia nákladov, ktorý má za cieľ eliminovať identifikované nedostatky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented thesis deals with a proposal for improvement of the cost management system in the area of cost centres and internal allocation in a selected company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the literature related to the issue of costs and their management. The following practical part of the thesis deals with the introduction of the company and the analysis of its basic economic results. This part is then extended by analyses related to the problem addressed, namely the analysis of costs and their management system in the selected company. On the basis of the conducted analyses, the shortcomings of the solved problem are identified. The expected output of the thesis is the preparation of a proposal for the improvement of the current cost management system, which aims to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
