Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma investice do společností, které vyplácejí dividendu, s hlavním cílem budování a udržení reálného osobního majetku. Nejdříve bylo potřeba stanovit si vlastní investiční strategii, která vychází z dané investiční teze. Podstatou bylo provést analýzu makroprostředí s ohledem na akciové trhy. Poté bylo potřeba vybrat a analyzovat jednotlivé akcie, které odpovídaly zvoleným požadavkům. Díky tomu bylo možné navrhnout takové portfolio, které odpovídá konkrétní zvolené investiční strategii, která vychází z investiční teze. Výsledky této práce umožnují sestavit takové vlastní portfolio, které bude ctít zvolenou investiční strategii, bude s ním možné dosáhnout zvoleného investičního cíle a jeho výkonnost bude vůči průměru trhu stejná, ne-li lepší. Na závěr bylo toto portfolio testováno, a také byly ukázány možné scénáře jeho směřování do budoucna. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of investing in dividend paying companies with the main objective of building and maintaining real personal wealth. First of all, it was necessary to determine one's own investment strategy based on the given investment thesis. The essence was to analyse the macro environment with regard to the stock markets. It was then necessary to select and analyse individual stocks that matched the chosen requirements. This made it possible to create a portfolio that corresponds to the specific investment strategy, which is based on the investment thesis. The results of this thesis allow for the construction of a custom portfolio that honours the chosen investment strategy, achieves the chosen investment objective, and performs as well as, if not better than, the market average. Finally, the portfolio was tested and possible scenarios for its future direction were shown. |
