Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh procesu likvidace vybrané obchodní společnosti z hlediska účetních, daňových a legislativních aspektů. Teoretická část byla zpracována formou rešerše dostupné literatury. Poznatky z teoretické části byly využity v praktické části bakalářské práce, která je zaměřena na vybranou obchodní společnost. V úvodu praktické části je vybraná společnost představena včetně analýzy výsledků a důvodů, které vedou k jejímu zrušení. V bakalářské práci jsou následně popsány činnosti probíhající před zahájením likvidace, při rozhodnutí o likvidaci, v průběhu likvidace a při ukončení likvidace. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zpracovat proces likvidace, který se zabývá vybranou společnosti, ovšem může sloužit i jako doporučení pro jiné společnosti, které budou také stát před rozhodnutím o likvidaci. |
