dc.description.abstract	Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje primárně terminologii z oblasti krizového řízení a ochrany obyvatelstva, zabývá se historií ochrany obyvatelstva, stávající právní úpravou a také hrozbami a riziky ve vztahu k obyvatelstvu. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na samotné město Luhačovice, věnuje pozornost její historii i současnosti. V praktické části budou využity dvě metody a to, metoda formou dotazníkového šetření a práce v softwaru Riskan.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is primarily focused on terminology in the field of crisis management and population protection, deals with the history of population protection, current legislation and also threats and risks i relation to the population. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals directly with the town of Luhačovice, focusing on its history and present. Two methods will be used in the practical part, namely the questionnaire survey method and the Riskan software.
